IT Support Engineer

Summary

Provide a quick and efficient IT support service to all of our clients computer needs.

Key Responsibilities

AGT is responsible for supporting and maintaining all of our clients IT systems. Your job will be to aid in that support process, answering any it related faults / problems quickly and efficiently. Requests can range from simple desktop issues all the way up to complex server related problems. The support team mainly deals with Microsoft O/S however knowledge in Mac OSX would help greatly.

AGT Computer services is a customer first I.T. support company with a local chain of computer repair shops, established for over 10 years in the UK. Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a motivated retail assistant to work in our repair shops.

As our first point of contact for our customers you will be working in a repair counter environment; you will sell and carry out a number of different computer related services and goods.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills both face to face and also over the telephone.  Computer repair experience is beneficial but not essential as full comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Serve customers in a polite manner, log tickets, create appointments, repair laptops, desktops and tablets.  Remote and Phone support as well as housekeeping and stock taking.
