Current clients choose from a selection of three packages we offer:
Server and Desktop IT Support – For clients who want to outsource ALL IT needs for a comprehensive SLA/Support contract. All costs are included in one fixed monthly fee. Examples of companies that are on this package are: firms with 1–2 servers and around thirty client machines (desktops, laptops, smart phones and tablets) or lower.
Server-Only Support – A popular package for companies that only require support for their main business-critical servers. AGT will liaise with IT managers and engineers on your site when things go bad and fix it FAST. This support isn't restricted just to the North West, Lancashire or Blackpool – we have clients in Manchester, Leeds, London, Scotland and overseas. The package is perfect for firms that have several servers and in-house IT to handle client desktop support.
Pay-as-you-go IT Support – Perfect for freelancers, companies with only a handful of desktops/laptops, shops, hotels and garages, to name a few of our clients that currently use this service. PAYG does not receive priority support as SLA holders will be attended to first (i.e., priority support).

All packages benefit from our computer repair shops based in Lytham, St Annes and Blackpool, where we are on hand to fix any kind of hardware or software related problems. Both shops stock most items required for any type of hardware repair on servers, PCs, laptops and tablets.
