Lead-times for support under the Platinum Package start from the same or next working day, helping to ensure that your downtime is as minimal as possible.

Silver Package (Server Monitoring Only):

£145 + VAT per month/per server

Our Silver Package provides unlimited, server only, technical support via a dedicated in-house service desk by telephone, email, or remote assistance software. Service desk technicians utilise leading edge remote-access technology and are typically able to rectify your issues as if they’re physically on-site, without having to actually visit your offices.

Any on-site support time required is provided at £60 for the first hour, and £45 for each subsequent hour.

Lead-times for support under the Silver Package start from the same or next working day.

Bronze Package: Pay-As-You-Go

Our pay as you go service is for businesses seeking a complementary support service and those not wishing to commit to a monthly support contract. This is an ideal ad-hoc service for general one-off support issues, emergency support, project work and for companies with an existing IT department that require additional resources.

Lead-times for support under the Bronze Package is 3-7 days.

OnSite and Remote support is priced at £60 + VAT per hour.
